How to Move Heavy Furniture Upstairs
Disassemble furniture as much as possible before moving it up stairs. Take apart any heavy furniture that you want to move up stairs if you can do so without damaging it. Lean the dolly towards the stairs and pull it up as you step up and back. Grab the handles of the dolly and tilt it carefully back towards you and the stairs.
